Ticket Notification Subject Lines Changing Slightly Today

Please note that we will be modifying the subject line of ticket notification e-mails today so that ticket titles appear before other details (the ticket number, urgency, etc.). This will allow them to be more easily identified in your inbox, and you can create special filters for them, if desired.

For example, the current format for e-mail subjects is: "Re: 123456 | How Do I Create a View? | Solved"

The new format will be: "[Acquia Ticket] How Do I Create a View? | 123456 | Solved"

We are doing this by popular request from customers who would like to see, at a glance, which e-mails are from Acquia and which specific ticket they refer to.

This will not apply to e-mail subjects on CC'd notifications, which are sent by a separate system, but we are now including "[Acquia Ticket]" in the body of these notifications so that they can still be identified and filtered, if desired.
