Customer Service Notice - Scheduled Maintenance February 13-15, 2013

Acquia Cloud Customers,

Please be aware we have scheduled an upgrade to the Acquia Cloud service for February 13-15, 2013. Details:

When:
-- Acquia Cloud*: The upgrade for Acquia Cloud will occur on February 13, 2013 for the US-East and European hosting regions.
-- Acquia Cloud Enterprise*: The upgrade for Acquia Cloud Enterprise will occur between February 14, 2013 11:00PM and February 15, 2013 6:00AM local time in each Amazon Hosting Region (Europe, US-East, US-West and Australia).

Maintenance: Upgrade of the Acquia Cloud Hosting Software to the latest release. Please see the release notes for details.

Expected Downtime: No downtime is expected.

*Acquia recently modified our Cloud product names. Dev Cloud is now Acquia Cloud, and Managed Cloud is now Acquia Cloud Enterprise. There are no changes to the product itself, and you have access to the same tools and features you've always enjoyed as part of your subscription.
