Customer Service Notice - Insight Scheduled Maintenance on January 18, 2013

Impacted customers have been emailed about the following:

We have scheduled an upgrade to the Acquia Insight service starting January 18, 2013. Details:

  • When: 12:00 AM ET on January 18th through 8:00 AM ET Sunday, January 20th
  • Maintenance Action: The database software powering the Acquia Insight service will be upgraded to Percona 5.5 and various cleanup activities will be performed during this time.
  • Impact: Acquia Insight will cease taking new data from customer sites during the maintenance window, but no existing data will be lost. During the maintenance window the Insight UI will continue function, but it will appear as though your site has no historical data. Once the window is over, your data will return and Insight will resume taking updates from your site. There will be no impact to the operation of your site or your ability to perform testing or code updates during this time.
  • Expected Downtime: This maintenance is anticipated to run from 12:00 AM ET on January 18th through 8:00 AM ET Sunday, January 20th.
