Dear Customers,

On Thursday and Friday, Acquia will be making a performance upgrade to our load balancer software. Some customers may notice a brief outage lasting no more than a few seconds as we restart the balancers and web servers.

The upgrade will be divided between two customer groups; each group has been emailed appropriately.

We will also be deploying New Relic 2.3. The upcoming upgrade will take advantage of new service features including Drupal module monitoring. Learn how much time each Drupal module consumes!
