Acquia Customer Service Notice - 7/7 and 7/8, New Relic Upgrade

Dear Customers,

On Thursday and Friday mornings, Acquia Operations will be upgrading New Relic for Dev Cloud and Managed Cloud customers. No downtime is expected.
The upgrade will be divided between two customer groups; each group has been emailed appropriately.

When: July 7th and 8th between 6:00am and 8:00am ET

Expected Downtime: None

Enhance Drupal Performance with New Relic

New Relic’s leading SaaS-based web app performance management tool lets IT teams monitor live Drupal (and other PHP) apps, troubleshoot issues and tune for optimal performance. New Relic's Standard Service is available at no cost to our customers.

The upcoming upgrade will take advantage of new service features, including Real User Monitoring which allows site administrators to get browser performance data directly from real end users.
