After upgrading from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2 no themes were "enabled"

and hence the "configure" links were not available, except for Garland (which was set as the admin theme).

Easy fix - just re-enable them. Very minor bug, but might be of interest/help.

I wondered if the problem was caused by the fact that I used a different folder for the new version (and re-pointed the domain to the new folder), except that internal paths (as stored in the {system} table) were unchanged.

Thanks for the report. Was your site using the default theme? I'm not sure that pointing the domain to a new folder should cause any issues, since like you said, the internal paths are unchanged.

I haven't been able to reproduce this problem but will make a note of it.

Thanks again,

Site was using Acquia Marine for default theme and Garland for admin theme.
On reflection I wonder if caching could be implicated but then I did run update.php so that should have cleared caches??
Best,
GK

This seems to be a core Drupal bug which you can see at http://drupal.org/node/305653
